A partnership was announced Thursday between M5 Networks, a supplier of phone systems and applications, and InsightSquared, a provider of business intelligence software for small and medium-sized businesses.
Thanks to the partnership, M5 Networks said its customers will be able to manage their data that M5 generates along with data from other systems, such as their applicant tracking system, in InsightSquared’s business intelligence product.
An integrated solution will be available in the second quarter of 2012, according to the companies.
M5 and InsightSquared also said the integrated solution will eliminate customers’ need to manually generate reports or hire data analysts while helping SMBs better understand their voice and data trends.
Our partnership with InsightSquared is part of our vision to improve a systems data and analytics, while at the same time satisfying the users need for speed and ease of use,” said Brent Barbara, vice president of innovation and integration for M5 Networks, in a statement. “Harmonious integration of the telephone and applicant tracking system isnt just a nice-to-have for companies that want to increase placements and improve support performance, its a non-negotiable requirement.”
The companies announced the partnership at the 2012 Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum in Las Vegas.
