Avaya on Wednesday introduced a suite of outsourcing services that it says will help companies increase their performance, cut costs and accelerate the transformation of their communications environments.
Avaya Communications Outsourcing Solutions offers custom-built solutions and management of a customer’s entire communications environment, including applications for unified communications, contact centers, data networking and video communications, according to the company. Avaya also said it manages a customer’s overall communications functions, such as billing, operations and production.
The outsourcing solutions, Avaya said, are geared for two types of businesses: (1) companies that are ready to migrate their old infrastructure to advanced capabilities but may have budget constraints or other resource limitations; and (2) organizations that want to improve the cost-efficiency and performance of their existing infrastructure.
“With a custom-built solution for each client, Avaya Communications Outsourcing Solutions can help remove financial and support constraints for companies, and enable them to get the most out of their communications infrastructure investments,” said Ed Nalbandian, vice president of Avaya Operations Services, in a statement.
