Voice4net has hired a vice president of business development about a week after naming its new channel chief.
The contact center software provider on Thursday said Houston Hastings will work with both channel partners and service providers to expand Voice4net’s distribution. His appointment comes about a week after Larry White was announced as Voice4net’s channel chief.
Hastings joins Voice4net from Personal Communication Systems, which specializes in automated messaging; he served as executive vice president and was responsible for all partner acquisition activities. He also has worked for IBM and Dell. In all, Hastings has more than 25 years’ experience in channel development, global sales and business management in the communications industry.
As we continue to expand relationships with our existing partners, and look to enter into new distribution agreements, we expect to rely on Houstons expertise and industry savvy to not only increase revenue, but also reinforce the value that Voice4net brings to its channel partners,” said Rick McFarland, CEO of Voice4net.
Voice4net is based in Dallas.
