The master agency and the software provider said late last week they have a new strategic alliance in place.

Paul Jarman, CEO of inContact, agreed, calling the deal a “win-win” for both companies.
“Well add new offerings to the PlanetOnes portfolio, while PlanetOne, with its current customer relationships and deep-reach into hundreds of organizations with contact centers, will introduce inContact into a large number of new opportunities,” he said in a press release.
inContact is supplying the following to PlanetOne agents: a dedicated channel manager, ongoing training, newsletters, Webinars and weekly product demos.
“They’re providing every incentive our agents need to be successful with this product suite,” Shapiro said.
inContact’s contact-center products have no up-front hardware costs, a pay-as-you-go billing model, security features and more. Ideal users include retailers, outsourcers, government agencies, health care firms, insurance companies and financial-services organizations.
The new partnership also means inContact now qualifies as a PlanetOne 2012 Preferred Vendor. inContact executives will take part in PlanetOne’s All Star Telecom Tour this year, meeting with and speaking to agents at all upcoming road shows.
