Accel Debuts Maestro System for Enterprises

Fixed wireless broadband provider Accel Networks on Wednesday introduced an antenna system that optimizes businesses’ wireless performance for 3G and 4G networks.

Accel sells through channel partners. Its new product  dubbed “Maestro”  will be available for distribution in March. It will come with a management platform, on a subscription basis.

The Maestro system tackles problems including low data rates, latency, jitter and link, opening enterprises to the possibility of wireless service. These limitations so far have kept many businesses from adopting fixed wireless. The Maestro package includes eight antennas, three switchable filter banks, embedded setting options and self-optimizing technology.

Fixed wireless broadband is primed for rapid growth and Accels Maestro is the first antenna system that bridges the gap in quality and performance between wireless and wired broadband,” Mark Gianinni, CEO of Accel, said in a press release.
