EarthLink Gives Partners ‘Complete’ Package to Sell Nationwide

EarthLink Inc. has made good on plans to launch a nationwide product set that its agents may sell.

The announcement comes as the managed services provider has rolled out new contracts for channel partners; the agreements remove old restrictions that kept agents from selling outside of their regions. Now, they may sell throughout the country.

That bodes well for partners in light of Monday’s announcement: Atlanta-based EarthLink has launched what it’s calling the Complete suite of voice, data and Internet for mid-market businesses and large enterprises. The service provider said a key differentiator is the ability to blend access technologies  including DSL, T1 and Ethernet  to customize a private, multilocation network. EarthLink further can prioritize network traffic to meet customers’ specific requirements and to guarantee network performance. EarthLink Complete integrates VoIP applications and MPLS networks with the following equipment, mobile and security products:

  • EarthLink Complete Voice and EarthLink Complete Data: Local, long-distance, toll-free and integrated Internet and data services, including line side, hosted, PRI and SIP, and access types, from T1 and DSL to Ethernet and wireless.
  • EarthLink Business Mobile: Hosted email, multimedia capabilities and devices from top manufacturers.
  • EarthLink Complete Equipment: Phone systems, data switches, routers and integrated access devices.
  • EarthLink Complete Security: IT risk management and outsourcing services. EarthLink operates Tier 4 data centers and runs an advanced Security Operations Center (SOC) staffed by certified security engineers.

EarthLink Complete is available in the continental United States as a result of multiple acquisitions EarthLink has made over the past year.

We made sizeable network investments earlier this year to support this new nationwide product offering and we believe EarthLink Complete, paired with our personalized support, will empower business customers and deliver the freedom they need to focus on their core business,” said Rolla Huff, chairman and CEO of EarthLink, in a press release.
