The Telecom Council, which connects telecom decision-makers, is comprised of 17,000 subscribers. Its members include AT&T, Cisco, HP, HTC, Microsoft, Sony, Verizon Wireless and others. The council holds at least 35 gatherings per year.
Through participating in their meetings and events, we will get the most cutting-edge information about advances in the industry, especially concerning 4G, cloud and cable technologies,” said Dana Topping, co-owner of Intelisys.
Jay Bradley, president of Intelisys, agreed. Participating in the Telecom Council will result in better training and information for sales partner agents, he said. Plus, he added, “our VARs and solution providers will also greatly benefit by the gains in knowledge and network this group will provide.”
Liz Kerton, president of the Telecom Council of Silicon Valley, said Intelisys is the only company of its kind in the association.
“Enhancing our diversity in this way will benefit our entire membership,” she said.
