Value-added distributor Jenne Inc. this week added a new tool to its reseller portal to help partners manage renewal opportunities.
The Ohio-based company said the resource gives Jenne resellers an easy and free way to track the status of multiple manufacturers maintenance and service agreements. Thats because the tool automatically flags contracts up for renewal, eliminating the spreadsheet-tracking approach.
Managing customer maintenance and service contracts has historically been a pain point for solution providers,” said Ray Jenne, executive vice president of Jenne. Our renewal tool presents a simple and elegant way to help our resellers manage the entire process, which can span months or years.”
The Jenne software notifies resellers 60 and 30 days before a contract expires. Using a new service-contracts tab in the portal, partners can access original service agreements, expiration dates, parts lists, expired contracts, and request spreadsheets and PDFs of contract documents.
Jenne distributes IP telephone systems, audio and video conferencing platforms, and data networking and IT security products from more than 150 manufacturers including Aastra, ClearOne, Jabra, Lifesize and Plantronics.
