CHR Names New Sales/Marketing EVP, Plans Partner Program

CHR Solutions has appointed Marc Hayden to the post of executive vice president of sales and marketing and product management. He has served as EVP of client services and vice president of managed services since joining CHR nearly two years ago.

Hayden, who will report directly to CHR President and COO Arun Pasrija, will oversee sales (growth and IOC markets); marketing; product development and management; and sales operations. He also will develop a new channel partner program which the company hopes will better leverage cross-promotional opportunities among CHRs relationships in the industry.

Prior to CHR, Hayden was managing partner of Force Multiplier International, a global consulting company focused on strategic planning and market development. He brings more than 20 years of commercial and military communications experience, having held domestic and international sales and management positions with companies including Redknee, Harris Corp., Openet Telecommunications and ADC Telecommunications.

CHR Solutions provides business process outsourcing, engineering, software and managed IT services to Tier 3 communications service providers around the world.
