Transbeam Expands Metro Ethernet Availability

CHANNEL PARTNERS Transbeam (Booth #1101 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo) is planning to continue its expansion of Ethernet services.

Transbeam recently expanded its EOC footprint to more than 464 central offices throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio, Michigan and California. This expansion, along with the establishment of four network hubs (POP), allows Transbeam to deliver its bandwidth services with speeds ranging from 3-45 Mbps to customers within 12-45 business days depending on their location.

We are excited to continue our Ethernet coverage expansion,” said Marc Sellouk, founder and CEO of Transbeam. We have been growing our EOC network and customer base for years and we see a tremendous opportunity for our services as the demand for affordable and reliable Metro Ethernet solutions grow throughout the country.”

The Transbeam network allows customers to combine EOC, Fiber, T1 and xDSL access to offer single data network options. Their connection to more than 30 network providers enables them to offer “Ethernet Exchange” to their customers.
