CHANNEL PARTNERS ACC Business (Booth #1217 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo and executive show sponsor) says all of its agent managers and support-team members have wrapped an eight-month IP certification program administered by the company.
The rigorous training curriculum consisted of eight modules focused on the OSI Model, Basic Data and IP Networking, Network Based Firewall, domestic and international MPLS PNT, redundancy options and other critical IP knowledge courses. For certification to be granted, each employee was required to pass post-course exams that verified knowledge retention.
