The new classifications provide additional incentives and rewards to partners who develop and sell complete solutions for converged network services delivered through Masergy, the company said.

Masergy said it has already identified more than 20 partners from a list of IT solution providers, equipment resellers and independent consultants who attained Platinum or Gold Partner status for fiscal year 2011. The Platinum Partners include:
Masergy further has identified but is not naming 30 partners who are targeted to attain Platinum and Gold Partners status during the current fiscal year; the company is working with each partner to strategize joint-marketing and growth opportunities. In addition to booking bonuses and more co-marketing funds, these partners will receive special services including co-branded case studies and collateral; special programs and events; and, in the case of Platinum Partners, co-branding on Masergys customer portal and automatic membership to Masergys Partner Advisory Board.
