Hosted communications provider LiveVox Inc. announced Wednesday the launch of its channel partner program, enabling telecom agents, network consultants and referral partners to sell its call center services.
LiveVox utilizes a burstable, multicarrier IP/MPLS network to deliver multitenant cloud contact center applications such as ACD, dialer, IVR, recording and campaign management.
According to the company, cloud-based switching simplifies network topology and delivers faster transfers to and between contact centers, reducing dropped calls and improving service levels. Cloud capacity provisioning also enables contact centers to manage call volume fluctuations and capacity needs as they happen.
"Cloud deployment is a driving trend in technology, including within the contact center," said LiveVox CEO Louis Summe. "When based on a secure, reliable foundation of MPLS and combined with a ground-up, multitenancy platform, the cloud has the ability to solve many historic constraints within the call center such as capacity provisioning and call routing."
LiveVox said it will offer partners bundled and unbundled offerings, including bring-your-own carrier. Program participation requires a track record of success serving contact centers with telecom, network or applications, the company said. LiveVox will provide support and training for its partners.
