A campaign dedicated to grow the percentage of women serving on a board of directors has recognized EarthLink, Inc. as a 2020 Women on Board Winning W” Company.
EarthLink was recognized by 2020 Women on Boards, a non-profit grassroots campaign with a mission to increase the percentage of women who serve on a public companys board of directors to 20 percent or greater by 2020.
Atlanta-based EarthLink has two women on its board of directors: Marce Fuller, former CEO of Mirant Corporation; and Susan Bowick, formerly executive vice president with Hewlett Packard Company.
Fuller serves as EarthLinks lead director while Bowick chairs the companys leadership and compensation committee.
