Managed services LEC MegaPath Inc. on Tuesday kicked off new promotions for customers, incentives that should invigorate channel partners summer sales.
The provider comprised of MegaPath, Covad and Speakeasy said it wants to help users cut the costs and risks that come with deploying new voice, data and security services. To do that, it has launched a series of offers.
The first covers hosted voice. New customers with at least five seats will get a free Cisco SPA 303 IP phone and other hardware, as well as free activation and installation.
Second, new T1 and bonded T1 customers with a three-year contract will receive a free month of service, free managed firewall and free anti-virus protection.
Next, for a limited time, MegaPath will give away a free month of MPLS VPN service with no start-up costs.
Finally, MegaPath is supplying a price match guarantee. If a customer can prove that another carrier has the same services for lower cost, MegaPath will match that price.
