Frost gave Digium its Customer Value Enhancement award and praised the company for its integration of PBX, mobility, conferencing, messaging, recording and other functions. Frost also said Digium Switchvoxs support of a number of SIP phones gives customers more choices.
“All of these options can save time and improve productivity allowing clients to work where and how they want to work,” Arnold said. “Most notably, Switchvox UC is positioned to connect people and information in a contextual way and contextual communications capability is at the heart of unified communications.”
