The combination of snom phones and CIC gives contact centers and enterprises a SIP-based unified communications platform, the companies said.
Both snom and Interactive Intelligence sell through channel partners such as consultants, dealers and VARs. All snom endpoints are built on the SIP protocol; the CIC software is scalable.
