ReadyTalk Adds Lead-Gen to Web Meetings

ReadyTalk announced Tuesday that it has partnered with marketing response company Eloqua to integrate marketing automation capabilities into its ReadyTalk audio and Web meeting services.

The integration is made possible by Eloqua Cloud Connectors, which moves data (e.g. who registered and attended) between Eloqua and ReadyTalk. The ReadyTalk Connectors are added as steps within the Eloqua Program Builder’s marketing automation workflows.

As a result, Eloqua noted in its blog, a prospect who registered but did not attend can be sent a sorry we missed you” rather than a thanks for attending” e-mail, while a prospect who dropped off after only 5 minutes might respond well to a follow-up proposing a different set of topics that might be more appealing. Similarly, lengthy attendance combined with engagement such as asking and answering a number of questions is a great indicator of high interest and likely purchase intent.”

The new Eloqua Cloud Connectors for ReadyTalk enabling marketers to:

  • Promote webinars with custom Eloqua e-mails and registration pages
  • Increase reporting with unique Join Meeting” links for each registrant
  • Run live events for audiences of up to 3,000 people
  • Automatically capture attendance data in Eloqua to speed lead scoring and sales conversion
  • Add new prospects generated by webinars to Eloqua

The ReadyTalk Cloud Connectors are free and available now from the Eloqua Cloud Connectors portal.
