Available services include a complete Hardware as a Service Managed Service solution called Full Line IT, a subset of that called Mid Line IT, a Life Line Backup and Disaster Recovery service as well as Website Caller ID, which is a lead-gen program for Web visitors.
Under the agreement, Outreach subagents will find, qualify, propose and close opportunities. The technical tasks, such as site surveys, installs, on-site repair, etc., will be done by one of CharTecs 700 local partners.
Customers will pay CharTec a flat monthly rate for services. CharTec will then pay Outreach commissions. Outreach subagents can earn 20-30 percent residual commission, depending on the product and the agents level with Outreach. There are three levels: Silver, which is a referral program; Gold, which is a traditional split of commissions program; and Platinum, which provides the maximum commission payout, lead services and other benefits in return for the agent paying a nominal monthly fee after a ramp period. There are no quotas or minimums on any of these levels.
Significantly, commissions on the sales are made within days instead of months as is typical with carrier services, the company stated in a press release.
