En-Telegent Solutions Intros EnTele-Bundle

CHANNEL PARTNERS EnTelegent Solutions (Booth #1731 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo) has announced its latest managed service, EnTele-Bundle.

Challenges often facing multi-location customers include managing billing and service interaction with several providers. Billing cycles rarely align. Each carrier has its own toll-free number or website to handle repair calls as well as calls for changes. EnTelegent Solutions says it has an answer for these challenges.

EnTele-Bundle delivers invoice consolidation and management of multiple telecom services, billing environments, locations and providers across the entire enterprise. The service helps customers manage communication infrastructures by processing invoices for multiple carriers, products and locations, the company said. It delivers functional reports via a secure Web portal, a single remittance statement for all carriers and allows accounts payable to make one payment to EnTelegent Solutions even for services residing with other carriers.

"EnTele-Bundle service analysts do the heavy lifting for agents on proposals for optimizing the customer’s services. They gather information to help determine the customer’s actual billing, contracted rates, term length, termination liability, and show a comparison of those costs versus the recommended options. They will also present those options and do the paperwork and implementation for agents on those options, all as part of the service the customer is paying for," said Bo Wheeler, president. "The huge amount of work an agent typically does to obtain current customer billing, an inventory of service locations and the term length and termination liability of a contract is gathered for them. By having this information, our agents are able to close dramatically more accounts, obtain a larger share of the services in those accounts and spend far less time in obtaining the business."
