McGraws InPacket delivers UC and includes unlimited usage with predictable expenses for business-class voice, instant messaging, presence, fax, e-mail, calendar, mixed media conferencing and web collaboration. InPacket also integrates with common user interfaces like Outlook and Salesforce.com.
McGraw President and CEO Frank Ahearn told Channel Partners that the new service is provided under a wholesale relationship with PanTerra Networks.
McGraw has been testing the service in beta since October and is using it internally. It signed a wholesale agreement in December.
The company is targeting SMBs for the service, which starts at $24.95 per seat per month for all-you-can-eat long distance and local plus a Polycom phone. The seat price goes up to $60 per month depending on the features.
