NetworkIP this week launched its white-label Agent Retail Portal so partners can activate new subscribers, replenish their calling-card minutes and manage other customer information.
NetworkIP specializes in prepaid telecom services for wholesale providers. The company said the new Web tool helps operators expand their indirect sales distribution strategy. Agent training takes minutes and commission is tied to performance.
