Call-recording and contact-center solution provider CallCopy has signed a reseller agreement with St. Louis-based BusComm Inc., an exclusive value-added reseller of digital voice and data information management systems.
The deal means BusComm customers will now benefit from access to cc: Discover, CallCopy’s workforce optimization (WFO) solution suite. CallCopy says cc: Discover enables organizations to optimize operational efficiencies while maximizing customer satisfaction by leveraging next generation call recording, quality management, screen capture, speech analytics and performance management capabilities.
