INX Inc., a top Cisco Systems Inc. VAR specializing in unified communications (UC), has named a new senior vice president and CFO.
Philip Rydzewski will see INX through the conclusion of our current financial restatement efforts,” Jim Long, executive chairman, said in a press release.
Earlier this year, INX announced it would not be able to release operating results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, until it can clean up prior periods figures. The Houston-based company has not correctly accounted for revenue since 2008, and has had to go back and review customer contracts. The firm got some good news earlier this month, though it received word from the New York Stock Exchange that it will not be delisted as feared.
INX didnt say how much it will pay Rydzewski. Rydzewskis previous roles include CFO for HMS Holdings Corp., a tech company serving the health care sector, and vice president of finance for Catalyst Health Solutions.
In addition to UC, INX targets enterprises needing IP network communications, and wireless, security and data center products such as storage and server virtualization.
