On Thursday, the companies said theyve partnered to offer a privately branded version of WorldSmart, PanTerras cloud-based UC service. All of McGraws channel partners will be able to sell the product.
WorldSmarts features include unified messaging, fax, instant messaging, e-mail, file transfer, mobile text messaging, presence and unlimited business voice. Theres also remote desktop access, and Web, IM and audio conferencing.
WorldSmart enables McGraw to offer all the benefits of cloud-based unified communications with the reliability and innovative feature set expected from their customers,” said Anthony Gioeli, Panterras sales chief. We are excited to open this new channel with McGraw for the delivery of PanTerra services.”
It was not immediately clear what kinds of commissions percentages McGraw agents can expect to earn, nor whether training will be required.
McGraw, based in New York, N.Y., specializes in voice, data and IP communications for businesses nationwide.
