The office space in Goleta is a much better fit for TMC,” said Ron Ireland, president and CFO of TMC Communications. The new space provides room to grow as we expand our business to serve more customers, and the layout is more conducive to effective interaction and collaboration among our teams.”
As TMC moves its physical presence, it also will be transitioning to a hosted VoIP solution with cutover expected Monday as well.
Many companies moving into new spaces or looking to replace outdated systems consider adopting a new technology like hosted VoIP, and TMC is no exception,” explained Ireland. TMC is known in the industry for the superior level of service it provides its customers and agents. Our internal team collaboration in designing our own migration to SIP and the accompanying training will further sharpen our skills. This experience will benefit the businesses who we help to transition to a SIP solution.”
