Grandstream Networks has added another model to its GXV31xx series of VoIP multimedia phones.
The new GXV3175, which Grandstreams channel partners may start selling at the end of this month, comes with features including a seven-inch touch screen LCD, HD audio quality, embedded social-networking applications, Wi-Fi, multiple SIP accounts and a Webkit-based Web browser.
The Grandstream GXV3175 also offers a port that lets users connect their phones to a digital TV for video conferencing projection. Designed similar to a tablet computer, the phone further has dual USB ports, a headset jack and a stylus pen.
The Internet has become an integral part of many businesses activities and peoples lives,” David Li, CEO of Grandstream, said in a prepared statement. Besides mobile phones, there is an emerging demand for an easy-to-use, always-on desktop communication device that provides instant access to peoples growing online communication needs for their business and personal lives without a PC.”
The phone, targeted at enterprises and SMBs, starts at a suggested retail price of $349.
