In fact, Walsh Wireless now is Grabbas primary reseller for Sprint-related sales.
Grabbas specialty attachments let smartphones function as barcode, RFID and credit card readers, and as fingerprint scanners. The new partnership means Walsh Wireless customers have access to Grabbas tools, technology that can save money by lowering opex or that can increase sales because users can process payments in the field.
“This is a strategic partnership that provides our mutual customers with a very competitive edge, said Chick Walsh, Walsh Wireless chief strategy officer, in a prepared statement. “The ability to merge several technologies into one device and keep it adaptable to future smartphones and other devices is unprecedented.”
Walsh Wireless provides custom wireless platforms for markets including enterprises and educational institutions. Its services include digital storage, fixed and mobile WLAN, and vehicle monitoring.
