IronVoice, a relatively new player in the world of broadband phone service for businesses, now offers partners residual income for referrals.
The new IronVoice Partner Program starts with a 10 percent monthly residual on referred customers for the lifetime of the program. As IronVoice makes clear in the terms and conditions on its website, though, referred customer accounts must be in good standing prior to any residual payments being issued. Partners also are prohibited from turning the single-level setup into a pyramid.
Overall, IronVoice developed the program to generate a new source of customers, said Bill Kervaski, CEO and founder of Birmingham, Ala.-based IronVoice, in a press release. The company targets small businesses seeking enterprise-quality VoIP and related features.
According to IronVoices website, the company offers three different calling plans, a range of services and options. For example, the Business Basic plan offers two shared phone lines, E911 support and additional extensions. Monthly fees come in under $50 for the Business Basic plan, according to IronVoice.
A Business Complete calling plan starts at less than $100 per month and adds features such as auto-attendant, electronic faxing and support for extensions.
Business Advantage is IronVoices premium service and costs just less than $150 per month. Features include unlimited local and long-distance calling, conference bridging, call archiving and voice recognition.
Partners sending referrals on those IronVoice products will have support from the IP telephony provider in the form of a portal thats easy to access and monitor.
“Wehave a new Partner Console that can be used to track residuals, Dana Dillard, director of business development, said in a prepared statement.
