Hosted communications provider VoiceCloud has announced VCX, its flagship cloud-based voice service featuring modules that users can pick and choose to create a completely customized offering.
VCX extends the control that users have over their incoming calls by choosing the applications that suit their business or personal needs, including voice mailbox options, multiple local area code or toll-free phone numbers. Additionally, the platform offers features such as built-in conference call capabilities and voicemail-to-text transcription services.
The back-end interface of VCX allows the users to build a system based on their needs by picking and choosing the various available capabilities, known as modules.

VCX is currently available for toll-free and local telephone numbers in the United States and Canada. VoiceCloud has an affiliate program that pays partners a one-time commission based on the referred clients first monthly billing amount or 10 percent of the referred customers monthly recurring revenue.
