Avaya has recognized seven U.S. channel partners as the best and brightest and awarded them top honors.
Five companies All Business Communications, CenturyLink, Corporate Networking, Cross Telecom and Technology Solutions Group were named Avaya Connect Channel Partners of the Year for 2010, while Carousel Industries and NACR were recognized for outstanding accomplishments in migrating existing customers and capturing new ones. The awards were announced during the Avaya 2011 Americas Partner Conference, held last month in Las Vegas.
The awards honor the leading members of the Avaya Connect program that demonstrated significant revenue performance, technical expertise, increased competency and overall growth across key Avaya solutions areas during the past year, according to Avaya.
The awards presented were:
2010 U.S. SME Partner of the Year: All Business Communications, Norwood, Mass., which increased sales and service revenue and adopted a customer-centric approach to implementing an Avaya solution. The company also expanded the number of dedicated, certified Avaya personnel and expanded its overall ability to improve customer satisfaction and win rate against the competition through Avaya Connect programs and credentials.
2010 U.S. Service Provider Partner of the Year: CenturyLink, Monroe, La., added more than 500 sales and technical certifications and grew its Avaya revenue 110 percent.
2010 U.S. Data Solutions Partner of the Year: Corporate Networking, Worcester, Penn., which achieved 50 percent year-over-year growth in Avaya Data Solutions, the highest growth of any Avaya partner. The company also expanded its portfolio and expertise to offer Avaya unified communications and small and mid-size communications solutions to customers.
2010 U.S. Services Partner of the Year: Cross Telecom, Bloomington, Minn., which achieved outstanding growth in sales of Avaya professional and maintenance services to new and existing customers. Cross also has achieved all Avaya Connect credentials with one of the highest ratios of professional certifications per employee in the United States. The company also made significant investments in a specialized expertise, including healthcare, government, data and Nortel integration.
2010 U.S. Enterprise Partner of the Year: Technology Solutions Group (TSG), Aurora, Ill., which achieved 35 percent year-over-year overall growth in sales of Avaya products and services to mid- and large-size businesses. During the past year, TSG expanded its Avaya-focused portfolio, staff and expertise, including the addition of Avaya Data Solutions.
Avaya also recognized Carousel Industries, Exeter, R.I., for garnering the most significant revenue in the United States by migrating existing customers to newer, more powerful technologies, including the largest upgrade project in the United States; and NACR, Eagan, Minn., for capturing the most wins against Avaya competitors, bringing more than 850 new customers to Avaya.
