Atlanta-based Endeavor Telecom has added two new members to its executive team as it seeks to optimize its operations and processes companywide.
Keith Berger has been named vice president of operations, responsible for the companys service provisioning, service delivery, logistics, resource management and project management team. He has 15 years of operations management and holds a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. He previously was senior director of customer quality at Research in Motion, and also held positions at Nokia, General Electric and Booz & Company. Berger holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and an M.S. in metallurgy from the University of Connecticut as well as an M.B.A. from New York Universitys Stern School of Business.
Endeavor also named Chris Lewis vice president of Finance, responsible for managing the companys Operations Accounting team. He has more than 16 years of financial management and reporting, operations accounting, financial systems, internal controls and auditing experience. Lewis previously was director of finance for McCamish Systems and also worked at KPMG. Lewis is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. degree in business and holds a Masters degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hills Kenan-Flagler Business School.
