Whaleback Adds Great Point IP Solution

Whaleback Systems unveiled Thursday the Great Point Managed IP Telephony platform, which is billed as the companys most integrated, turnkey platform ensuring maximum uptime, reducing implementation time and easing on-site administration via centralized web management.

Great Point offers enterprise-grade IP telephony features, including find-me follow-me” for simultaneous ringing of desk and cell handsets, music or marketing messages on hold, advanced voice mail capabilities, and a 911 capability that pinpoints the location of remote users.
