Ingram Micro Taps Former Fujitsu Exec to Lead Cloud Computing, Managed Services Group

Ingram Micro has found a replacement for Justin Crotty in Renee Bergeron, a former Fujitsu America exec who has been tasked to lead Ingrams cloud computing and managed services initiatives.

Bergeron was named vice president of managed services and cloud computing for its North America region, a slightly different title than Crottys, which was vice president of services, Ingram Micro North America. However, her task is the same: to lead Ingram Micros Services Network, Seismic services portfolio and the Cloud Conduit Initiative and Advisory Council.

At Fujitsu America, Bergeron led a $300 million IT services solutions business and oversaw the development of innovative solutions within its managed services operations, such as data center virtualization and cloud computing, according to Ingram Micro.

Crotty left Ingram Micro in July and in August took over as NetEnrichs senior vice president and general manager, responsible for driving the companys channel business. During his tenure, Seismic grew to service more than 1,500 solution providers and MSPs with its portfolio of managed services and SaaS apps.

Bergeron, who starts her new job Sept. 8, will report directly to Paul Bay, executive vice president, Ingram Micro North America.

Under Renee Bergerons leadership, we will build upon our success and expand our reach as the IT industrys master aggregator of professional, managed and cloud computing IT services and support offerings,” Bay said in a release announcing her appointment.
