BCN Telecom, Bedminster, N.J., announced Monday that it has created network partnerships that allow it to expand its business DSL services nationwide through its indirect sales agents.
In addition, BCN has added network access points in certain key regional markets, such as Maine and New Hampshire. Additional regional market expansions also are planned.
BCNs DSL product set offers the business customer six different asynchronous broadband speed options at varying prices. The offering includes customer premise equipment and on-site professional installation. BCN can provide QoS-based broadband services as requested.
"We are excited to launch our new and improved DSL services to the agent community. Not only does the new offering provide a lower cost to the customer, but allows for an expanded service territory due to the addition of several key network partners in the DSL space,” said Richard Boudria Jr., BCNs director of agent sales.
BCNs product roadmap includes SIP and Hosted PBX offerings that will be launched in 2010, Boudria added. Now that we can deliver broadband access to the customer, regardless of size, the IP services offering will become that much more attractive,” he said.
