Fixed cellular broadband service provider Accel Networks LLC announced the immediate availability of its new customer portal AccelView, a Web-based platform that provides customers real-time reporting of each network site, network status, usage reports, asset tracking, orders and returns tracking.
Designed specifically to function with Accels proprietary antenna technology, AccelView goes beyond most network management platforms by not only reporting up/down status of a site, but by providing information on the quality of each RF link.
AccelView offers network administrators a coast-to-coast view of their entire network in an easy-to-use color-coded map view. They also can drill down into each site location to find details of real-time usage, network performance, and order and asset tracking.
For Accels primary network customers, AccelView can provide entire network operations control, or be integrated into existing network operations control systems. For Accels network continuity customers, AccelView allows network administrators real-time notification and reporting on usage of Accels network, which can indicate more serious problems with the existing primary network provider.
Accel fused its proprietary technology and intellectual property with the access to four of the major cellular networks to create a nationwide high-speed fixed wireless enterprise network.
