Terrapin Solutions is a master agency for “cloud” technology services, including cloud telephony (hosted VoIP, SIP trunking and call centers), cloud computing (desktop/server virtualization) and managed cloud services (outsourced IT/help desk services).
“Terrapin’s focus of providing high-value cloud-based solutions, improving their client’s operational processes, increasing efficiency and reducing the total cost of ownership in technology is closely aligned with iCore’s objectives,” said Michael Bertamini, iCore Networks’ vice president of sales, in a press statement.
Founded in 2001, iCore spent three years transforming VoIP into VoPI and signed its first customers in 2004. Today, it serves 20,000 business customers with its hosted VoPI solutions.

Under the agreement, iCore will provide Terrapin Solutions with marketing, sales, training and technical support.
