Broadvox recognized its top-performing indirect sales partners at its first-ever Broadvox Partner Summit in Dallas this week.

Dallas-based distributor ABP Tech was the SIP trunking provider’s top master agent. Robert Messer, ABP Tech’s president, accepted the award, which was presented by Broadvox Vice President of Sales and Marketing David Byrd at the conclusion of the partner meeting.

Cross/Talk Communications Inc., a VAR based in Dallas, earned top honors among the independent agents. Managing director David Pierce accepted the award.
The performance awards were the first for the company as was the partner meeting. The company invited 40 agents – its top 10 percent – to attend the event. Broadvox plans to reprise the event in 2011 with a larger portion of its indirect sales force participating, Byrd said.
