Sangoma Debuts Expanded Global Partner Program

Sangoma Technologies has unveiled a newly expanded global partner program. With a theme of Make the Connection, the program will now include a Certified Application Partner category that supports the wide range of third-party developers with communication applications that run on Sangoma’s voice and data connectivity components. The company also is adding new benefits for its existing distribution and reseller partners.

Sangoma’s global partner program will connect complementary application partners with distribution partners and resellers who the company says will all benefit from a host of services, including sales, technical and marketing support, resulting in more opportunities to increase industry recognition and expand customer sales.

To qualify as a Certified Application Partner, the vendor must have developed an application that has a tight integration with at least one Sangoma product. Certified Application Partners deliver a wide range of VoIP applications for use in leading PBX, IVR, contact center and data communication applications that run on Sangoma’s voice and data connectivity components throughout the world. Leading application vendors joining the new program include Aastra, Barracuda Networks, Fonality, 3CX, pbxnsip, ScopServ International, inConcert, Vicidial and many more.

Channel partners also will have access to new resources including market development funds, as well as matchmaking with certified application partners. They’ll have access to benefits according to their status: authorized resellers, premium resellers and distribution partners.
