Unlike past offerings, the new product allows for capacity to be allocated dynamically for data traffic when voice ports are idle. The company currently offers the service in the One Communications footprint in the Northeast, and plans to roll the service out in other areas later this year.
ZONE also has begun the certification process to provide local service in nine additional states in 2010 as part of its local service expansion plan.
