Business-grade IP service provider Telekenex (Booth #1715 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo) has introduced a new product offering, Hosted VoIP LITE. It allows Telekenex to expand its offerings to small, multi-site business customers with a fully hosted and managed telecommunications platform at what the company says is a competitive pricing model.
Hosted VoIP LITE features four packages for businesses to customize the needs for each individual location. Package One includes up to 4 IP phones with DSL; Package Two includes up to 8 IP phones with DSL; Package Three includes up to 8 phones with T1; and Package Four includes up to 16 IP phones with T1. All the packages come with Internet access, fully managed equipments, and full PBX features. A La Carte packages are also available for businesses looking to further customize their telecommunications needs.
“Hosted VoIP is our flagship product and we are excited to extend the same benefits of this product to smaller business customers with Hosted VoIP LITE, a trimmed down solution that incorporates all voice and data needs into one package,” Brandon Chaney, CEO of Telekenex, said. “We are confident Hosted VoIP LITE will bring technological and financial benefits to our new customer base.”
Telekenex believes Hosted VoIP LITE will bring tremendous traction to the retail and hospitality industry with multiple locations. Retail stores that require Internet access with less than a handful of phones in each store often over pay for their communications needs. Telekenex says Hosted VoIP LITE offers the perfect solution for these customers as it includes all voice, phone equipments and Internet access, all in one competitively priced package.
