The companies say the partnership will provide a more integrated and complete solution for carriers looking to handle costing, quoting, ordering, and commissioning. NDA claims to have the expertise to deliver accurate costing and quoting solutions utilizing a carrier’s own rates and negotiated contracts, ILEC tariffs and integration to other service providers. RPM Software says, through its AGENT application, it has the proven expertise to accurately audit and calculate commissions using complex partner contract rules. This integrated solution will create a positive experience for internal and external users looking to deal with up-front pricing, placing orders, and understanding the ultimate payouts, according to the companies.
The partnership will also allow carriers using NDA’s quoting solutions to easily integrate to the back offices of the more than 100 agency partners with AGENT subscriptions. As a result, agencies will get quotes directly in AGENT without having to log into separate applications. Carriers will expand and strengthen their partnerships since their quotes will be easily provided to AGENT customers.
