XCast Labs (Booth #1802), a global, hosted voice and video-over-the-Internet provider, is announcing at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo that it has been working successfully with master agency Sandler Partners to serve the small and medium business market with hosted IP PBX and SIP trunking services.
“Since adding XCast to our carrier portfolio, we have found that the company delivers on both price and connection quality,” said Alan Sandler, Sandler Partners’ founder and managing partner. “Additionally, XCast configures our installations quickly and has been among the best providers in terms of rapidly resolving issues with SIP trunking installations.”
XCast is able to activate service within a few day as opposed to several month required by other providers, the companies said in a press statement.
“Sandler Partners is a well-established, veteran telecommunications resource, and we are excited about the great potential of our partnership,” noted XCast CEO Cliff Rees. “Our proprietary, hosted software and services delivery are a perfect fit for small-to-medium-sized businesses worldwide; the speed with which our engineers can deploy services, in addition to our 99.995 percent uptime and low price point, are what makes XCast the best solution on the market.”
Xcast operates a proprietary digital voice and video platform, which is a fully hosted, IP-based integrated solution that delivers Class 5 switching with MIR (Most Intelligent Routing), video telephony, IP-PBX, SIP trunking and other IP applications including video conferencing.
