The seminar will be held from noon to 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 17, at the Sheraton Universal in Universal City, Calif. Agents will be treated to a complimentary lunch and the opportunity to win a set of Bose noise-cancelling headphones.
David Schwartz, TMC’s vice president of sales, said the interactive curriculum will address how to identify the right VoIP and SIP solutions and QoS requirements for customers moving to convergence environments. The session also will discuss customers’ increasing questions about cloud computing and software as a service.
“Through industry experts and TMC personnel, agents will receive the continuing education they need to stay on top of this technology and sales opportunities,” Schwartz said.
