After a good turnout at the Social Media 101 Breakout Session at this year’s Q.Marketplace event, Qwest has partnered with Mike Dubrall and the Social Media Academy to sponsor Qwest Partners so that they can continue to learn how to use social media to boost their businesses.
This educational course is specifically designed for channel partners – offering online, instructor-led Webcasts every Thursday for six weeks beginning Feb. 18, 2010. The Qwest Business Partner Program is one of the program sponsors, so the $249 tuition fee is waived for Qwest Partners.
Topics to be covered include finding out which social media sites are being used by your customers; improving your personal presence to impress customers; finding and approacing prospects online; using popular social media sites for B2B communication; improving sales results using information that is readily available online; and improving productivity using social media sites.
Each Webcast covers one topic and is recorded so viewers can access it anytime. Assignments and exercises will be posted in a special LinkedIn group, where users also can ask questions and get feedback.
