Westcon Group Inc. has announced that its North American Comstor business unit is offering the Comstor Service Annuity Manager to select Cisco-focused resellers. The Comstor Service Annuity Manager is a SaaS application designed to help resellers capture recurring revenue opportunities in their services business.
The Comstor Service Annuity Manager is designed to work in conjunction with Cisco SMARTnet, Cisco’s technical support service that offers direct, anytime access to a wide array of Cisco-oriented technical resources. Using Comstor’s new application, users can access an efficient quoting system and an elegant “cockpit view” of renewable opportunities from any Internet connection.
“The Comstor Service Annuity Manager plays an instrumental role in helping Cisco-oriented resellers identify and capitalize on annuity based revenue opportunities,” commented Andy Banks, vice president Cisco sales, Comstor. “This class of services – which is fundamentally important to helping end users manage lifecycles and warranties on their equipment investments – can represent a significant amount of a reseller’s recurring revenues.”
