Westcon Group Inc. has announced that its North American Comstor business unit is offering the Comstor Service Annuity Manager to select Cisco-focused resellers. The Comstor Service Annuity Manager is a SaaS application designed to help resellers capture recurring revenue opportunities in their services business.
The Comstor Service Annuity Manager is designed to work in conjunction with Cisco SMARTnet, Cisco’s technical support service that offers direct, anytime access to a wide array of Cisco-oriented technical resources. Using Comstor’s new application, users can access an efficient quoting system and an elegant “cockpit view” of renewable opportunities from any Internet connection.
