MegaPath Inc. announced it has achieved the Managed Services Master Certification from Cisco Systems Inc. This certification recognizes Megapath’s investment in the managed service ITIL processes, practices and tools necessary to provide high-quality managed services.
“Today’s businesses are looking for voice and data providers that offer the highest level of quality and reliability at a price that does not force them to sacrifice other budgetary items,” said Dan Foster, chief sales and marketing officer, MegaPath. “This certification from Cisco demonstrates our continued ability to support customers’ essential communications requirements and provide the solutions they need to achieve their business goals.”
As a Cisco Master Managed Services Certified Partner, MegaPath has demonstrated the ability to deliver sophisticated solutions, met stringent requirements that reflect a depth of capabilities, and undergone an independent audit by an objective third-party auditor. MegaPath also was required to offer at least two managed services using the resources and procedures necessary to deploy, manage and support Cisco solutions.
“MegaPath’s investment in the Cisco Master Managed Services certification ranks it among an elite group of channel partners with the resources to deploy, manage and support services for multiple technologies,” said Edison Peres, senior vice president of the worldwide channels go-to-market group at Cisco.
Earlier this year, MegaPath also achieved a Cisco Powered managed service designation in Cisco Powered Managed Connectivity for its Duet SIP Trunking and Site-to-Site MPLS VPN offerings. This designation acknowledges that a managed service provider has invested in Cisco architectures and that its services have met the highest Cisco user-experience standards.
