Zultys, a manufacturer of secure and Enterprise class IP PBX phone equipment for the SME market, is making available the latest version of its MX Release 5.2 Unified Communictions solution for MX30 and MX250 IP PBXs. Key features will be demonstrated this week at TMC’s ITEXPO East 2010 in Miami. This latest release adds MXconference, MXmobile, MX30 call recording and a number of other features and enhancements to boost productivity and help companies cut costs.
The MXconference private conference bridge is a software feature for Zultys IP PBXs that eliminates the need for costly recurring subscription-based hosted conference services. MXconference is activated by licensing and provides flexible 30 port (MX250) and 10 port (MX30) conference bridge options with no additional servers required. MXconference also interfaces with the MXmeeting Web conference system to provide a complete end-to-end collaboration solution.
MXmobile extends the MXIE Unified Communications desktop client to the BlackBerry. MXmobile seamlessly integrates mobile workers into the corporate Voice and Unified Communications system, providing presence, IM, internal extension dialing and corporate directory access. MXmobile also provides Least Cost Routing to cut calling costs by using the corporate IP PBX to initiate and carry calls that would otherwise incur special mobile charges, like international dialing.
Built-in Call Recording for the MX30 IP PBX is considered another significant feature of Release 5.2. This capability eliminates the need for an external server to store recorded calls when using an MX30 IP PBX.
