Avaya is expected to unveil a product roadmap next week that will detail the contents of its portfolio post-Nortel acquisition. It is known that Nortel’s data products will have a place in the Avaya portfolio, but to what extent the name will be represented is yet to be seen.
Several partners have been briefed on the roadmap already, and many others are no doubt intrigued by the blending of the channels and how the process might affect them.
