Partners Try To Decide Between HP and Cisco

April is shaping up to be a busy month for some partners as Hewlett Packard (HPQ) and Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) will hold their partner conferences concurrently. HP’s meeting is set for April 26-28 in Las Vegas, while Cisco’s event is planned for April 26-29, in San Francisco. Forcing partners to choose which event to attend – HP or Cisco – is just a tangible depiction of the competition between the two giants.

To add to the scheduling difficulties, Juniper’s J-Partner Summit and Interop are also taking place the same week in Arizona and Las Vegas, respectively.
